The Embassy of Rwanda to the United States of America wishes to announce to Rwandans living in the United States,Mexico, and Argentina that with immediate effect the Embassy has started issuing consular cards. Note

• Applicants must upload a Rwandan identification document (ID or Passport)
• Applicants must secure a recommendation from the leadership of the U.S. Rwanda Community Abroad (USRCA) in their area, which must be submitted to ambawashington@minaffet.gov.rw.
• After signing up and applying for the consular card, you will receive its DIGITAL copy via email and in your account on the new application portal once your application is approved.
