A Rwandan delegation led by Minister of ICT and Innovation Paula Ingabire joined global technology leaders, policymakers and innovators at Dreamforce 2026 in San Francisco. Hosted by Salesforce, the annual event explores developments in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and digital transformation.

During the event, Rwanda’s Ministry of ICT and Innovation convened a roundtable with technology leaders, investors and innovators to present Rwanda’s AI ambitions and explore opportunities to build, invest and scale from Rwanda. The roundtable also marked the launch of the Rwanda Digital AI Catalogue, which highlights opportunities within the country’s growing AI ecosystem.
