Rwanda Shares Legal Reform Insights at Law, Justice & Development Week 2025
On November 5, at the World Bank headquarters in Washington, D.C., Rwanda’s Minister of Justice, Hon. Emmanuel Uirashebuja, addressed a global community of policymakers, legal practitioners, and development experts during Law, Justice & Development Week 2025.
Speaking on the increasingly complex legal challenges facing nations today, Minister Ugirashebuja emphasized that agile reforms and global collaboration are essential to sustain progress:
