From December 12–20, 2025, young Rwandans will gather at the Nkumba Civic Training Center in Burera District for a transformative journey of learning, leadership, and cultural identity.
Itorero is more than a program—it is a foundation of values, discipline, patriotism, and responsibility. It shapes leaders who serve their communities with humility, courage, and purpose.

Throughout the week, participants will:

• Reconnect with Rwandan heritage, values, and cultural practices
• Engage in leadership and civic responsibility activities
• Network with peers from Rwanda and abroad
• Build personal and professional confidence rooted in Rwandan identity

Whether you were born in Rwanda or grew up abroad, Itorero is a space where you rediscover who you are, who you represent, and how you can contribute to Rwanda’s future.
