Celebration of Ndi Umunyarwanda cultural event in Bavaria
Saturday 29th July 2023 - Ambassador Igor CESAR participated together with the Rwandan community in Munich in the cultural event known as Ubusabane under the theme "Ndi Umunyarwanda", "I am Rwander".
Ndi Umunyarwanda is a programme that aims to strengthen unity and reconciliation among Rwandans by providing a forum for people to talk about the causes and consequences of the genocide and what it means to be Rwandan.
