The Embassy of Rwanda in Washington, D.C. is pleased to inform the public that biometric capture services will be extended to: 

• Phoenix, Arizona, June 14, 2026 

This service will be provided only to e-Passport and ID applicants who have received biometrics capture approval from the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda (DGIE).

Rwandans living in Arizona, and surrounding areas, as well as those who plan to be there on the date mentioned above are invited to apply for an e-Passport or Rwandan ID via www.irembo.gov.rw and follow the application guidelines. 

Upon receiving approval from DGIE, applicants are requested to register with the Embassy’s Consular Department through this link.

Registered applicants will be contacted with further details regarding the venue and appointment time.
