The Embassy of Rwanda in Washington D.C. is pleased to announce that biometric capture services will be extended to Sacramento, California on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Consular Department will provide this service only to e-Passport and ID applicants who have obtained biometrics capture approval from the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda (DGIE).

Rwandans living in California, and surrounding areas and anyone planning to be there on the date mentioned above can apply for their e-Passport or Rwandan ID through www.irembo.gov.rw and follow the guidelines.
